Beryl Swain, Need for speed, July 2019
The exhibition ‘Beryl Swain: The Need for Speed’ (1 June – 26 July 2019) was curated and written by Kirstin Sibley, designed by Rachel Gomes and produced by Hannah Ford. It was exhibited at 1B Window Gallery, and this zine complements the exhibition, telling the story of Beryl Swain, the first female solo motorbike rider to enter the TT Race on the Isle of Man in 1962. Read all about her trails and tribulations here in this unique zine, designed by Joana Niemeyer at Studio April.

Invisible Numbers Exhibition Catalogue, June 2017
For Invisible Numbers first exhibition, we asked Studio April to design a catalogue using the look and feel they had created for the exhibition, expanding it throughout 16 pages to feature the work of the exhibitors on show. Printed on 55 gsm newspaper stock by The Newspaper Club gave the catalogue it's ephemeral feel, yet with only 300 copies printed, it became instantly collectable. Luckily, you can read it here:
