invisible numbers
Invisible Numbers is an art collective co-founded in 2016 by Hannah Ford, Rebecca Booker and Joana Niemeyer with Kirstin Sibley, historian and researcher; Eve Mulholland/Odette Jewellery; Haberdashery Design; Denise Ford, painter and print-maker, and; Amber Cowan, writer and editor.
1b Window Gallery
Invisible Numbers launched 1B Window Gallery in early 2019 - a community led initiative - working with St James Big Local community action group and Waltham Forest Council's Regeneration Team to create a gallery in a disused former shopfront of a sub-station at 1B Coppermill Lane.
The Gallery opened in 2019 with a programme for the Waltham Forest Borough of Culture, hosting a range of local artists and guest curators from the area to connect and reach out to its local community and visitors to the area.
Artworks are viewed every day through the windows, creating a sense of destination while celebrating the work of local, national and international artists.

IN FM RADIO
To celebrate the launch of 1B Window Gallery in 2019 and the Borough of Culture, co-founder Rebecca Booker aka DJ TBX, launched IN FM Radio podcast. The show invited guest artists to the table with interviews and a selection of their favourite music for 'Heron Island Discs', as well as the inspiration behind their work. Connect and listen here.
